V3 Razr shutting off and on by itself?!

The battery is fully charged on this Motorola piece of crap and it keeps shutting off and on by itself! I had the phone laying open on my desk and I've watched it do this for a half an hour!

Any ideas of what might be wrong?

I had one that would shut off by its self but not off and back on. took it back and they gave me a new on.

I agree, all I have had was where it would turn off all by itself. [I] have even had it shut off while in the middle of a conversation. But, since it has only happened a couple of times I have just ignored it.
