I recieved a Motorola RAZR from a friend and am wanting to fix it. When plugged into wall charger or charged battery, and the Power button is pressed, the blue outline lighting on the keypad illuminates, but no other lights light up. And then it blinks. It will blink until I either press (*) and (#) simultaneously or remove the battery. When I press (*) and (#), nothing appears on the screen, which is different from other posts I have seen.

To be honest, I'm not sure which RAZR I have, but I will give you all the information it says on the back stickers.

    S/W: 08.BD.D3R
    SKU:64636

It is black, and on the front it has a VGA ZOOM 4X camera. This phone was given to me, so I do not know much about using it or anything. I believe it is still locked by Cingular, so if anyone could also help me with that, I would appreciate it. I consider myself to be somewhat savvy with technology, however, I'm afraid I don't know what I am dealing with here. BTW, I have used two different batteries, so I don't think it's a battery problem.

Anyways, sorry for the length of post. But please, any help is much appreciated. And for those who cannot help me, I still love you.

    Seems like a battery problem.
