HELP! Web Browser Locks Up Phone

First of all Hello and thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Every time I turn the phone on it begins to automatically search for the web browser.

The phone states "connection unsuccessful, try again later". Above this is "device.home".
I have tried 3 different sim cards all have the same issues so I can guarantee it is the phone.

Is there any way to exit out of this or even a way to reset the whole phone taking in mind the locked keypad?
