Motorola RAZR2 V9M Bluetooth problem

I installed a bluetooth usb adapter to my XP PC. The PC reconizes the phone and my PC name is on the phone in the bluetooth menu. But when i scroll down to my PC name, it doesnt show the ok button to connect. What am i missing here? Could it be Verizon is not letting this happen to transfer files from phone to PC by way of bluetooth?

You could try calling Verizon but you know there mostly idiots. Put em on speaker.

I got it to work, finally. All I had to do was click on the bluetooth icon to receive file, then go to the pic that's on my phone, options,send,bluetooth,file then download. Now I have all my phone pics on my pc.
