playing mp3s on the V3XX

I am looking at getting a new phone and am considering the Razr V3XX. I already have an SD card I can use with it. I am just wondering do I need any special service package to play MP3s or does that not matter? I have AT&T service if that makes a difference.

The V3xx as made by Motorola is capable of AAC, AMR, MP3, and WAV playback as standard so you won't find any that don't play MP3's.
