i cant get either program to recognize my phone and i have already installed the drivers for the phone. can anyone help?

What phone do you have? With my Motorola Z6tv and my wife's W755, I have to have Motorola Software Update (MSU) running in the background before P2kC will recognize the phones and allow me to access their file systems.

I am planning to buy an inverter of this brand of 800VA and 180A.
Is it a good brand? If not please suggest better branded inverter which gives good customer service and long lasting.
