Anyone know how to disable the razr v3's ability to call 911? the SIM card is not active, i have the new v9x. I want to let my son play with it for the camera but i do not want to give it to him if he cal accidentally call 911. i have locked all the applications except the camera including outgoing calls, but i dont know if that will block 911 or not. anyone know?
