Cant send text messages

Here's the scoop...

I received a used V3re, I got the unlocking code from AT&T and I inserted a foreign sim card (Telcel) I can send/receive phone calls and receive text messages. The problem is when I try to send a text message it displays "Sending" then "Unable to send" and finally it stores it in the outbox.
I've checked the service center number and it is correct, I've inserted the sim on my old samsun x427 and text messages work just fine.

I searched through the web and the same problem is mentioned many times in old posts but most of them give no real solution other then what I've mentioned above.

Does anyone have any ideas? I've tried to discribe the solution as best as I could.

Got it. Turn out I had an old SIM card. I just replaced it with a new one and all functions are working fine now.
