Blank Screen

The screen on my RAZR-V3 has recently gone blank. The phone rings, I can make and receive calls, but cannot see anything on the screen. I turned the phone off, took the battery out, and put it back in. That did not resolve the problem. Is there a reasonable solution to this problem other than replacing the phone?

Maybe the problem lies in the screen or the screen flex cable ribbon, have you ever dropped you phone on the floor or somewhere?

Another possibility is that there exists loose connection in your phone.
