Motorola RAZR2-V9 turning off

Hello.
I have Motorola RAZR2-V9, but there is some problem from few days.
When I turn my phone on, he stay for 1-2 sec and then turn off. I dont know why?
Can somebody help me?

There's one of three things happening:
- the battery is completely dead and needs to be charged
- the battery is completely dead and won't hold a charge anymore (you need a new battery)
- the contacts between the phone and the battery are dirty and need to be cleaned.

Did you try plugging in the phone to the charger and turning it on?

No I charge it with the usb cable...

The mio when I connect him the carrier to the while says can not load connect it to the pc and says me the same buy the bateria new and put it to him and prendio but like taenia little load turn off arrive to the house and put it acargar and says me could not load
