Problems charging new 120E

Hi,
Recently, my wife and I upgraded from the 120C to the 120E phones. We never had any problems charging the 120C’s. When we use either the wall plug chargers that came with the phones or aftermarket car chargers, we seem to have problems. Sometimes we get an unable to charge error and other times you have to move the charger connection around where it meets the phone to get it to go.
Has anyone else had these problems? I’m wondering since it is happening on both of our phones that perhaps there is some sort of design flaw?

i used to have the 120e....bad choice to change to it. 120e gave me many problems. If you have the money I would recommend getting an LG or a Samsung
