Yes. And I set it to auto lock so in case some1 picks it up they can't use it (I've left my phone in the classroom before and when I went back to get it, it was gone). I guess my plan worked though but I didn't mean for it to work on me cuz now I can't use it. I'm going to the Verizon store to see if they can help me. Maybe they'll give me a new phone! I'm tired of the T720.

Do you remember the security code?
When asked to enter lock code. Press the menu key....it will then ask you for the security code. If sucessful, then go change the lock code by going to the main menu and pressing this sequence within 5 secs:
<menu>073887*
You will then be asked for your security code. (Default is 000000)
Then select 'Extended NAM'
Then select 'NAM 1'
Near the bottom of this menu is the Security and lock codes....it will show you the codes and you have the option to change them.
Good luck.....Let me know.

Thanks for your help. I took it to the Verizon store already though, and they unscrambled some stuff in the phone and reset the passcode.

mine came with games, the only downfall to this phone is the annoying 4 way menu button, whats the point of a background!

I have one that I like but I"m not really crazy about it. I mean there's bnnot a whole lot on there the ring tones that come with it stink and it tends to reseti itself at random. I am currently on my second one of thewse phone cause I lost my first one but had an auto lock feature on it though so no one can use it. NOw I have another one and I can't figure out the unlock codes for the life of me. If I could I would have turned my auto lock feature back on. now I just keep it on my body or close to me so that i Know where it is at all times. I can hardly wait till I can get a newer phone though. BTW does anyone know how to upload ringotnes to your phone w/o using any cables or the internet on the phone?
