mp3 ringtones v400

hi, my service provider does not allow me to download mp3 ringtones, as they do not offer them. Are there any other sites that provide popular, well-known mp3 ringtone songs? thanks

if your using a v400 u can download mobilephone tools and use the data cable to add mp3s to it

how i do that ?

go to this URL and you can upload for free into their locker system and download via WAP. they have 2 WAP links so try both, as sometimes one won't work dep. on carrier, etc. It's totally 100% free, but there is a download limit. if you pay a small fee, they will increase your limit, but if you dont have 1000's to upload, the free way will do just fine
