    hi ppl,
i came accross this board on ask jeeves and i thought u guys may be able to help me!

i recently purchased a motorola c550 mobile camera phone, but the instruction booklet doesn't tell me how i can upload pictures that iv taken onto a computer!

There seems to be come kind of port at the bottom of the handset next to the charging socket, but there was no wire connector in the box that it came in that fits in it, do i have to get one separately or can i simply not upload them via USB?

thanx for any help, much appreciated

Your best bet is to call Moto Customer Service and ask for help. You may have to call a few times until you get the right person.

You should be able to use the usb cable that came with your phone, if not get one that will fit the port on the phone and your pc, you will also need software like Phonetools to transfer your pictures.

I wish the USB cables weren't so pricey though.

$7 total on e-bay you pay .01 for the cable and the rest for the shipping
