I won an auction for a v400 off ebay and I recieved it about 3 weeks ago. So far I've loved the phone, however today the screen started to go nuts and it looks all screwed up. I bought it off some guy globalnextgen he always has phones up for auction so im thinking maybe its a company? I wrote the money order to globalnextgen so thats why i think that. Anyways, I bought the phone new (its a cingular phone and i have cingular service) does the warrenty still apply to me? Is there anyway to fix this myself?

I also won my phone off ebay but the seller told me it was in perfect condition when there was water damage so i had screen problems. I also have cingular so the cingular rep told me to buy insurance (only 3.99 a month and you can cancel anytime) and then report the phone damaged to get a new one for $50.
