do you guys know whats wrong everytime i install the phone tools and all it always ends up detecting the wrong phone.. ive uninstalled it already and reinstalled but it still detects the wrong phone, the store says the cable is fine. should i dl the program mobile phone tools again? off a website? or is it just something i need to fix? everytime the model is wrong i cant transfer my pictures and all
