Hello, I have a Motorola V120 that does not want to charge. I plug in the charger, and NOTHING happens. Can anybody help? Here's what I've tried so far

1. Other chargers (no difference)
2. Cleaning the charging contacts with alcohol (no difference)

The phone is about a year old, so i don't think the Lithium battery should be spent yet. Any suggestions?
