Ringtones and pics locked?

Hi all

Got a v547 and have downloaded some ringtones and wallpapers for it,
thing is some are for my wifes phone also a v547,
now all the ringtones and pics have a padlock next to them and i can't move/copy them to my wifes phone,
is there a way to unpadlock them so i can send them?
