    I have a Motorola V300 and PhoneTools for it, but the PhoneTools wont recognize it. It just says initializing. It did recognize it once, but then it said connections port unavailable. Any suggestions?

    is it reconizing your phone model when initializing. i always have to go to setup then new phone and select my phone model for it to intialize correctly
