I just bought my v551 phone a few weeks ago, and not I want to customize it and stuff, so I want to buy this right here..

I have already bought Moto PhoneTools and tried that on a stupid FutureDial data cable that didnt work.. but I was wondering if I bought this dongle, installed the drivers, and used Moto PhoneTools to access the phone, would it work?

Or if there is any suggestions for a cable/etc/anything to put stuff on my phone for less than $25.. please tell me.. I am desperate, I am not paying $3 for a ringtone.
