Subsidy Lock for T-Mobil V300

Guys,

I need to unlock 3 Motorola V300 phones (T-Mobil) that I got for my sons and wife in Laredo, TX and need to activate them here in Monterrey, Mexico.
How can I get the subsidy lock code?

If you have had your phones for at least 90 days you can call T-Mobile Customer Care and request an unlock code.

Did you call T mobile? If so did they give you the unlock code? I have the same problem. Let me know at [email protected]
