[**Problem**]: I install the program and the only thing that is lighted up is E-Mail & Information. Multimedia and the other stuff are NOT highlighted and are not clickable. I reinstalled the MPT million of times, still same problem only worked once but not any more.

[*Check*]:
1. I have reinstalled MPT
2. I updated my MPT to 3.21 in liveupdate
3. I went to device manager and uninstalled Motorola USB Modem then pluged in the cable to install it again
