    hey, i need some help with my phone.

    i broke my old v551 and i got sent a new one, n i wanna transfer over my pics, videos, and ringtones. i also have the usb cable for it, but i dont have any software. does anyone know how i could go about this? thanks.

    oh and also, my phone still works, its just a broke the flip part into two, but i can still make calls and receive calls in speakerphone, so i know it works.

    You are going to need a software called mobile phone tools. I bought the kit that came with the usb and cd. Your best bet may be to see if you can get it online

    Get the cable from e-bay and the software from the sticky in this forum the cable will be about 7 bucks after shipping and the software is free.
