please help

i bought a v3 from a friend. it was through cingular, but i have t mobile. i put my sim card in and it worked just fine, except i cannot send or recieve picture messages. Please let me know if i can fix this, and how. Thanks

Call t-mobile they will tell you how to do it or make it work, there's no worry that it's not a t-mobile phone.
