Ok so if I take a photo, provided I dont send it anywhere, it basically should be inaccessible (barring bluetooth being turned on and a cybersneak) to anyone else, even cingular service themselves, correct? Viewing it/making it a wallpaper shouldnt have it going off the phone memory, and not sending it via wap/email/whatever.. individuals/cingular/hackers cant just WAP in right?

Basically I'm just looking for either no, couldnt happen, you musta accidently deleted that too while deleting the others dummy, or actually, yeah, this can happen and you might have some hell to pay/crow to eat down the line

I hope you're not asking because you took pictures of your genitals and would be embarrassed if anybody had access to them besides you.

With my V551, my pics are safe on my phone. Of course, there is always that possibility that a rogue hacker may break into my phone and steal my genitalia pictures...er, I mean family photos for whatever evil reason. But your pictures should be considered safe and private for the most part under the circumstances you listed in your post.

    well

actually worse (?) - not of me and a certain lady would be very angry..

took 2 shots, toyed with wallpaper, then went to delete the 2 shots

with all this hacking talk elsewhere, when only one was to be found.. paranoia
bluetooth wasnt on (then turned it on to search with PC, nope)

but it should only use local memory right?? unlike tmoblile debacle? so I'm going to ASSUME I got them both even though I don't know how I managed that
