My friend got to my v265...need some help getting it back to normal.

He had me put in a code so he could see the signal strength and other stuff. So now what happens when I turned off my phone and then back on I get a white screen that says "FTS" at the top at first, and then shows me some readings. I need help getting back to the normal screen so I can actually use the phone. Any help is appreciated...even a link that can guide me in the right direction.

I fixed it. For anyone else who has the same problem in the future, just hit the menu key and then the left soft key. If you're asked for an unlock code just hit 0 six times...that should hopefully work.
