Can anyone tell me how to assign a ringtone to one person on my v551. I just can't figure it out. haha Thanks for your help!

You'll have to move the contacts from your sim to the phone then you'll have more options and assigning a ringtones is one of them.

If you mean mp3, yes it does.

Thank you so much. One more question. If I move them from sim to phone, and I get a new phone or something, are the numbers still saved to the sim card?

No you'll have to change them back to the sim otherwise you'll lose them on your old phone not to say you can't get them back if you take your sim card out you'll just have to reinsert it and put them back on your card.
