v551 - Send All Contacts to Computer

Hey. Does anyone know of an easy way to transfer all of my phone book entries from my phone to my computer. I have a bluetooth adapter for my comp and I was able to transfer them one at a time...but it would take for ever with all of the contacts that i have.

I basically just want a backup for my contacts so that I can have all of my contacts on the phone memory so I can have voice dialing and all that fun stuff.

Or...is there a way to just have all my contacts on the phone memory and the SIM card without the entry appearing twice in the phone book.

can I do that through bluetooth? could you please give me a little more detailed instructions...or a link to somewhere that tells me how.
