    I have been trying and trying to get connected to my computer with mobile phone tools, blue tooth, etc....i got connected a couple of times now nothing....computer will not recognize my attachement...using windows Xp, any advice would be appreciated....Lil John,

    Requesting help with V505

    i made a post, but i guess i don't really know how...and apologize, i am having trouble connecting my V505 to my computer....i am running windows XP.....i have tried Motorola phone tools 2.0 and 3.0, 3.0 does not say what phones are supported... 2.0 states V303/V500/and V600....i even tried Bluetooth connection, and ordered another Bluetooth...would appreciate any help....thanks...Lil John, usn, retired

    Just to be sure, have you tried using a usb cable?

    Also do a live update it should be at least 3.23

    Motorola V505

    TO: Tony E! and Griffzan, i downloaded Mobil phone tools 3.25, don't know how but i did, got the phone to download midi etc....worked for about 20 min then i disconnected, i just hope it will re-connect.....Want to thank you for your outstanding help....stay safe....Lil John, usn,retired

    Mine to this day no matter what phone I'm using randomly disconnects, most likely just buggy software.

    Be sure that your cable is sitting firmly into the phone's port, a slight movement will make it disconnect...
