v635 Problem

I recently just got a new Motorola v635 yesterday. It was working perfectly fine until I charged it and went to sleep. The keys pad, volume key, smart key, camera key, all of it doest work or respond except for the power key. I pressed every single key on the phone but nothing work. I was thinking about sending it to a cell phone repair shop unless I could figure out the problem and fix it myself. Can someone please help me.
