yea so i have a v180 and i tried using mobile phonetools to send mp3s to my phone but i guess i'm having the same problems as some other people on here. when it shows my phone it says initializing... but never does anything after that. i can get to the multimedia part but i've tried to transfer songs and it says unsupported file format or something and i've only tried mp3 and wav files... anyway, i'm lost. any suggestions?? if not, does anyone know of another program that might work for my phone?

Remember to only plug in the usb when prompted otherwise you'll get this error everytime.
