any1 who owns this phone, can any1 tell me wahts the actual standby time and the talk time?

There's more to the manufaturer's posted specs, actual standby time varies, different things come into play like how long your screen display, keypad, and screensaver is set to, also if you use the bluetooth feature that will shorten your standby time to how long you usually talk on the phone and also if you use the phone's browser.....if you use an aftermarket battery that will also change the phone's standby by time..

So your phones' standby time will depend on real life usage and not just the specs that are posted on a web site.

True. However, merely stating the obvious. It's common knowledge that a number of factors will diminish those posted specifications. There's NO way of universalizing those figures though... those times listed above are "up to" those figures btw.

I speak from experience on using the phone, not from pretense....
