When someone calls me and I try to answer I cant answer for about 2 seconds. It is like the phone is running slow, do I need to update the firmware or something?

That could be just a network problem, try turning off and on your phone to have your phone look for the nearest tower again.

ive tried that, its not the network its the phone, its like lagging, like it has to loadup the stuff onthe phone

Take the sim card out and in again and see if that helps.

You may have too many games tones vids etc. phones are just like computers that way (so far as I've noticed) and if you have a lot of space used up they tend to start running s l o w e r. Oh time to delete some stuff.
