Moto V330 Newbie

Two newbie questions

1) When I turn on the phone I get my greeting and then it tells me my name and number. Is there a way to disable the name/number pop-up. I don't need ot be reminded who I am.

2) Do you recommend any of the blue tooth ear pieces or should I deal with the standard issued wire ear piece.

I believe there is a way to change the settings to diable or hide those things in many recent phones, not sure though on this phone.

The bluetooth earpiece offered through t-mo is pretty desent but after your 90 warranty is up don't expect them to help you out or motorola for that matter, they'll just tell you they don't service them and try and talk you into buying a new one

Thanks for the heads up. I think that I'll just stick with the free hands free set they gave me.
