Okay so i downloaded, MPT, PST, P2k, XVI32, (Not sure if i need anything else) and i want to Flash/Flex my phone as well as get video on my V3.

Problem: I connect my USB cable to my phone it makes the ding dong noise and sometimes it recognizes it and other times it doesnt at all. I was told you need to also install various Motorola USB Devices such as these:
Motorola USB Device: Accessories Interface
Motorola USB Device: Communications Class - Communications Interface
Motorola USB Device: Communications Class - Data Interface
Motorola USB Device: Data Logging DSP Interface
Motorola USB Device: Data Logging MCU Interface
Motorola USB Device: Test Command Interface

But everytime i try to download them it says hardware can not be installed... That is probably the only thing holding me up from flex/flashing my phone is that. Anyone know a reason why and how to fix it? I would like to do this Flex/Flash and Video soon.
