you can do a search through google for this. I am sure that there are plenty of tutorials on how to go about it.
1. You can download through WAP sites through your phone's web browser. Check out 3gupload through your phone.

if you have ringtones on your computer, you need a way for your PC to communicate with your cell phone. You would also need a data cable and software for it to work correctly. Mobile Phone Tools seems to be the favorite around here, from what ive seen at least.

Thanks for the FAQ, but I made some .mp3 ringtones using www.freeringers.net. What would happen is the ringtone wouldn't play when I was called. Also I have cingular. Any help now?

how are you getting the ringtones to your phone? you say you created the mp3 ringtones from that website, but thats it. how are you transferring them to your phone?

Just get a usb cable and Mobile Phone Tools to transfer ringtones to your phone, you can also edit real songs to use as ringtones...

free ringers has a text message system that'll text the site to me, then I have to go to the site on my phone and download them. They're files on my phone, they play, but when I set them as ringtones they didn't play.
