I'm having a problem with my voicemail that the service provider can't seem to figure out either. I tried calling Motorola directly, because technically, they should know. I had my phone number changed, and everything seems to work fine. Until I tried to check my voicemail message by going to "Messages" and then to "Voicemail" and hitting call. When I did that, it would send me to the old phone number and in turn say that it was disconnected or no longer in service. So I reset all the settings, put everything back in. Now when I do that same thing to get to the voicemail. I get an error on the screen that says Invalid number. I was wondering if their was a setting hidden in the phone to tell it what number to dial for voicemail. If anyone knows how or has any information on this, please let me know.

Not sure about your particuliar model, but try going into your message settings and then find your "voicemail setting" enter your V/M there..

Don't see anything about Message Settings (in the Main menu as well as the messages submenu) Thank you for trying though
