Hey all. I'm new here. I just bought the new ROKR on Friday and this morning when I tried to connect it to my new iMac, there were connectivity problems. As soon as I plugged the cable into my phone the phone said something like: "Storage Device Only: Some applications may not be accessible". I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. So, then I open up iTunes and take the USB end and plug it into the computer. What happens then is the cell phone will have the screen that says "Do Not Disconnect" which looks normal but then everything goes terribly wrong. I get the white mounted disk icon that says "NO NAME" and then a message asking me to rename my phone pops up in iTunes. I hit "OK" and then all I get is the "spinning beach ball of death". I go to "Force Quit" to see that iTunes has stop responding. There was never an icon of a cell phone in iTunes. I have all my USB settings set correctly in my phone. I can't imagine what the problem is. Can somebody help me out?
