i just bought an mpx200 on ebay it was from cali. and an att phone i live in alabama and have cingular i put my sim card in and the phone works i can dial out and recive calls and text but the romaing signal is always on i know the mpx200 is an 1800 and 1900 and cingular is 850 1900 is this the reason the roaming is on and would it be possible that i and getting charged for roaming also is there a flash or any thing that could chang the band to 850 1900 thanks>
