green flashy lights no more!

I have a ROKR E1. The first couple times I charged the battery, the lights used to pulsate a green color, indicating that the battery is charging. Now, it never does that anymore during charging!

Do you guys think there's something wrong with the phone, or is there a phone setting I changed unknowingly? (I looked in the menu and couldn't really find anything pertaining to battery charging indicator lights or anything). It's really bugging me.

zomg is this question too stupid? Please tell me if it is.

Thing is, I don't really wanna show up at their booth complaining about something like that, only to find out that it's some stupid phone setting I overlooked, and look like an idiot.
