Ok I have a Motorola V276 and when I go online and go to the VZW Pix Place thing on my phone and it says to enter my phone number and password. When I try to enter my phone number I cant get the number 0 to come up, like i press it and it just does not come up, the 0 is also used to change the letters to upper case so when i press 0 it does nothing, but when i hold it down it changes it to upper case, I have tried using an upper case letter O instead of the number 0 but it doesnt work... i know this may be a stupid question but can someone plese help? Why wont the number 0 work!?

i don't know about your moto, but my LG has different input modes. my old moto called the intelligent typing mode iTAP. my LG calls it T9Word.
it sounds to me like you need to figure out how to change to numerical mode, because on my phone i cannot type a zero while i'm in T9Word mode.
in the future, please do not reply to your own post if it doesn't get answered within an hour. that is considered by the mods to be a trash post, and it's frowned upon in a forum. sometimes a response might take a while, even a day or two, because you might have to wait for someone with your kind of phone to read your thread and even then hope they know something about it.

use your pound key # to change from alpha to numeric.

try the #1 key, that is where the zero is in alpha numeric mode.

I have a v276 and when you scroll through the #1 key, the symbols start . then 1 then 0 then other various symbols.

the # key on my phone in that page (vzxpix) acts as a tab button. The left soft button changes to numeric entry.
