Is it a corded headset, or Bluetooth? Do you have any pics of it? That would be a lot more helpful for anyone to give you a positive answer. If it is a Bluetooth headset, it should be capable of ending calls. If it is a corded one, is there some kind of inline controller for adjusting the volume or a button to use voice dialing?

My guess would be that it just isn't able to end calls, which is kinda lame. Is the phone equipped with Bluetooth? If so, you might look into getting a Bluetooth headset for it. Those enable you to make and end calls from the headset.

Well the last wired ear piece I used, I had to just press the button quick to answer the call and hold it down a little bit longer to end a call.

I think it will work, but if I'm not mistaken, your contact entries have to be stored in the phone memory, not on the SIM card in order for this to work.
