My v710 wont find my bluetooth. I search for it and it just says devices found: 0 and the blue tooth is right next to it on, blinking. Is there anything other i have to do?

quick clarification... "blue tooth" is a way that devices communicate, like "wifi", or computers through a network cable... I assume you mean a bluetooth headset? but you could mean a bluetooth dong attached to a USB on your computer
It sounds like you've done things correctly... just as a test, remove the battery from the headset and wait a sec before reinserting and turn the phone off and on again (when in doubt, always restart!)... if that doesn't work then I'd say head to a local store and have a rep see if THEIR phones find your headset... process of elimination.

In order for your device to be found the headset has to be put in pair mode.
this is accomplished depending on the headset (and assuming it's a headset you are talking about) by holding on the on button for more than three seconds or by flipping the boom mic open as soon as the headset is turned on, if it's a Motorola brand and if it has a light, when the light is steady and not blinking you are in pair mode.
