What's the difference b/t SLVR L6, L7, V8?

The SLVR looks like a pretty slick phone so I did decided to search it up on the net to find out more info. I came across many different names for it so I'm just wondering what's the difference b/t each of these? I've seen SLVR L6, L7, V8. Are there actually any differences b/t each of these models or do they call it different names in different regions of the world?

Here's a comparison chart, the difference between the SLVR 7 & 8 was the color if i remember correctly but will be sold as the L7, also as you will see from the chart the L6 is a tri-mode handset.
