Motorola Razar for under $150

I am looking for a Razar that is under $150. I have wanted to get a cell phone for a while and this is the type of phone that looks good to me.

My parents have a pan already with Cinguler.
i want to add the phone to that plan and we are going to upgrade it so we have more minuets and unlimited text msgs.

If someone can recomend another good type of cellphone that is under $150 than i would be interseted but i want it to be fairly new (i.e. not 2 years old) and be good quality (i.e. not black and white and lousy signal and sound).

So, you're wanting to activate a new cell hpoen number & get a RAZR, correct? If that's the case then Cingular does have the RAZR for $150.

Is that with a new plan or adding it to a old one?

I just got 2 black Razr's for -$100 through CarToys.com. This is only a 1 year agreement too. The only stipulation is that you sign up for at least a $40 a month plan or $80 a month family plan.
