I'm having a problem with my V635. It started about 4 weeks ago.
It doesn't matter where I am, i get intermittent "No Service" on it. My coverage area is great, I've never had a problem with that. I've had the handset since last June 2005 and didn't have any problems with it previously. Being a T-Mobile trainer I have access to troubleshooting systems but none of them helped me with my handset.
I sent the handset to my carrier for repair and they sent it back after 8 days saying there was nothing wrong with it or the battery. While they had it for repair, I used my old handset, Moto 720. I had no problems with it at all for service while I waited for the V635 to be returned.
The V635 is back and I'm still having problems. I hesitate to take it back to the store again because the lady there is not the sharpest pencil in the box. If anyone knows anything else I couldy try, or if you've heard of this problem with the V635, please let me know.

why do you want to unlock it then, if you're having problems with it?
