    Hey guys, I recieved my unlocked SLVR yesterday, and so far I am extremely happy with it. I am using T-mobile for my service and I have one problem. How do I access T-mobiles internet service. It says that I need to setup my internet acces. What should I put in the form?

    Call T-Mobile, they will transfer you to level 2 support. They are very good at this. They will send the file via sms to configure your browser. Very quick and easy.

    They complained last time I called cause they didnt 'recognize' the slvr.

    I am new here and new to unlocked phones. I just received a SLVR for use with T-Mobile. It seems to work fine for regular use but seems to be missing some features. It does not seem to update time depending on my location. Also, there is no voicemail icon on the screen to indicate that I have voicemail nessages waiting. I am not sure what other features might be missing. I called T-Mobile and there tech support did not seem to understand my problem , nor have a solution. What do I need to do to get full functionality of my SLVR on the T-Mobile network? I notice in this thread the mention of Level 2 support by T-Mobile. What is this and how does it differ from regular supporty?

    hey enzo, you should post this in the tmobile section, theres a lot of tmob. reps in that section that can definitely help you out.
