I am using the latest phone tools with my V220. Everything was working fine, then not at all. Now I can use phone tools for everything except for sending pix to or from my phone. Soon as I try, it cannot get any response from the phone.

When I look under properties in control panel/modem, what should I see for drivers? I tell it to install the drivers in the p2k folder, but it always goes to the windows/system 32/drivers folder. I have tried to uninstall the modem and reinstall the p2k drivers, and it goes to the same drivers in the system 32 again.

    Can anyone help me?

why are you installing p2k drivers? MPT has it's own, try running MPT w/o p2k.

I did...same thing. It is the same problem as the thread just before mine, problems with MPT and Multimedia. Soon as I try to access the pix on the phone, or send pix to the phone, it loses connection with it and the icon in the system tray says 'modem management disabled'
