Mpx220

I bought a MPX220 off ebay unlocked and when I got it the dude failed to mention that it was a japanese phone. I've changed most of the language over to english but there are some check-boxes that don't have words next to them. And I still cannot access the internet. Just wondering if anyone could help. I have cingular and I'm pretty phone savvy but this one is beyond me.

Configure the phone "over the air" from cinglar's website. This may allow you acess the web from your phone.

This is an old thread but.... see my blog, there is a link to a CAB file with all of the cingular settings, it is really easy, you don't have to do anything! It also tells how to put the phone into english and how to change the ROM. I hope this helps!
