SLVR L6 Problem!

Hello all!

Just got a brand new SLVR L6 - it was working for about 15 minutes and stopped when the battery fell out and it was plugged into the wall-charger. Now the phone won't turn on for more than a millisecond (only black screen and keys light up for a second) - we've tried to replace the battery but that still doesn't work. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have any suggestions??

yes, it's been on the charge for days and days, still no changes.

could there be a reset button or something on the l6?

go to the place where you got it from and ask for a replacement or your money back asap
